Erin Schallhorn Powers

Erin Schallhorn Powers is the President of North America for J&J Surgical Vision. She has 20 years of experience across vision-focused companies, including Zeiss, Alcon, and AMO/VISX. She’s a proven leader known for her deep relationships in the eyecare community, with a track record of establishing business functions, developing market segments, and medical and professional affairs management.

Erin is immediate past-President of Ophthalmic World Leaders, on the Board of the Holland Foundation for Sight Restoration, leads the industry committee for the International Society of Refractive Surgery, is a member Oracle Vision Council, and a member of AECOS. She also sits on the Board of the Women of Dartmouth organization and is a member of the Blue Peaks Grants Committee for Cook Children’s Hospital in North Texas. 

Erin holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and London Business School. She is married to the love of her life, Ryan, and they have two rambunctious and infectiously adorable girls: Skylar (7), and Summer (6).
